Naushad Hirani

Naushad is a Partner at H4 Equities Group where he advises on the overarching efforts in expansion and operations for the entire organization. Specifically, he manages the P&L for the Austin division and works with his team to further enhance the productivity and yield across these locations. Prior to joining the family business, Naushad was a senior international banker for BCCI where he was a thought leader in the Marketing and Growth departments. During his tenure, he specialized in international trade and financing for large multinational organizations. Alongside his business endeavors, Naushad continued to follow his passion for community work which led him to serve on various not-for-profit institutions. He was the founding Chairman of the Administrative Committee for Central Texas, a division of the Ismaili Council for the Southwestern United States. Finally, Naushad served on the Board of Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Nizari Progressive FCU. 

Nishat Hirani

Nishat is a Partner at H4 Equities Group where is advises on the specific site locations, operational developments, and human resources management for the entire organization. Specifically, he manages the P&L for the San Antonio division and works with his team to further enhance the productivity and yield across these locations. Nishat began his business endeavors as an international banker where he worked his way to becoming a senior manager at BCCI in the Middle East. In the mid-1980s, Nishat moved to the United States where he gained experience in the convenience store industry which led him to found the current family business headquartered in San Antonio, TX. Alongside his business endeavors, NIshat has rendered his time and resources for the betterment of the community by serving on various boards including the San Antonio Crime Stoppers and the American Heart Association. In addition, Nishat served as a Project Manager for the Aga Khan Foundation.
